The HTTP verb POST used to access path 'Mypath' is not allowed

I am working on a project. My Project is working fine in my computer.

Now When I host project on IIS 7 in my Computer its working fine.

But When I host same project on My other computer I got above error.

I don't know what is the issue because its working fine in My computer but not on my other computer.

I have read all thread related to it and I know there are some problem in IIS configuration of my other computer.

I have checked all Http handler mapping and In both my computer there are same.

But I don't know what to check in IIS to solve this error.

Please try to find out the correct English version of the error message. Roughly translating a localized error message often does not help when searching the web for solutions (I know that: I have to use a German version of Visual Studio at work...).
