Dial up connecting in windows CE 6.0 using OpennetCF

I want to have a class in order to connect and disconnect in windows CE 6.

I have used wininet.dll and I can monitor the connecting process.

but I want to connect to internet any time I want.

I read some things about OpennetCFnd connection manager but they are not clear.

could you please explain me step by step?
