TELIT - Regarding POST data

Hello guys,

I Am using Telit GL-865 GSM/GPRS. How do I upload continuous data that is coming from serial port onto database using HTTP POST request. I am successful in uploading data, But I am successful in uploading data but only for 14 times. if I press A and send it from hyperterminal 30 times. out of 30 only 14 'A''s will upload onto database. May i know the problem why this is happening and also solution for it.
