Call user control in sharepoint webpart 2010

I have created the Sharepoint project in 2010. In that I have added 2-3 user controls. Then I have added the visual web part in the same sharepoint project. Now I want to call that 2-3 user controls in my visual web part. how can I do this? Please help me.
