Getting Started Project in C#

Hey guys,

I am just getting started with C# and have already written a bit in Java. Now I have a project to create a toolbar and a context menu in windows explorer. Before I can go for it I need somethink to get used in C# so I wanted to ask if there are some easy tutorials which are some ways related to my project, but stil not to heavy to getting started with.

I hope I wrote it in the right subject and sorry for my bad English.
