which one is providing full security in Sqlserver Deployment and File system deployment in ssis for packages

My Question is

we have two package deployment modes in SSIS(sqlserver integration services) that is
--SQLServer Deployment
--File System Deployment

But in these two modes which one was giving better security ?
and what was the reason and how it will provide better security?

can u please anybody give me detail answer ..............
