Missing a Hotfix that is Outdated in WindowsXP Pro.2000

I just ran a scan with Belarc and I am missing some Hotfixes that are outdated for WindowsXP Pro. 2000..
the Hotfix code is missing hotfix Q310598
How can I locate it or if code has been changed, is there anywhere I can go to reinstall this Hotfix? I read about it and it just be the reason I am recieving so many error messages and other things going on in this computer...
Thankyou for any help you may provide me
I am visually impaired so it has been a tough two hours trying to fix this or find a solution to my problem.

Unfortunately, nothing relevant is found on Microsoft sites, so there is a little hope to find this fix at all...

You would likely have to contact Microsoft to find it. They may charge a support fee to get it however.
