Remove filter image in telerik grid in mvc4

hi ,
sorry for bad english,

i have a problem with filter image in telerik grid in mvc4, problem is filtering data is not working properly when i click on filter image,by clicking other than filter image its working fine
and how to change predefined filter text is true to yes and is false to no.

iam trying to attach screen shot, but i can't find option here.
