Free keyword api

1) Does anyone know a free web service or an API?
2) I found this code in a forum

Is there someone who uses it and is willing to explain how to use it or give me some reference links?

There are lots of free APIs online. Google has many. Perhaps you can search for a specific API that you need.

I need something that does a keyword search possibly on the popular search engines such as google bing.....

I believe google has an api for that.
