Please help me fix this problems

I'm learning to program a application Windows 8. So, i take example ContosoCookBook and re-write it. I make some function and have some error with Bing Map SDK

All data i save in Data//Data.txt, where i saved all information of all items and groups, and i designed DataSource in DataModel//NguonData.cs.
Please help me check it and fix if it error. Moreover, i use Bing Map SDK to show map of every items. I want when tapped on "btnMap" in "ItemsDetailPage.xaml", "Map.xaml" will be open and show map of that items. Latitude and Longitude i saved in Data.txt. When i build it, it's OK and don't have any error. So i debug it, it stopped and show dialog:

I have tried to fix it but i'm not. I want to show map with pushpin for any items corresponding. Please help me fix it..

I think you'd have more luck if you state the nature of the problem in the subject and detail it here. No-one is going to download your project and debug it for you.
