How to Avoid Resubmisson Form while Refresh a Page in Browser

Hi,

When i click a save button the data successfully stored in Database after i refresh the page in browser it will display the Resubmission Message box when i click a continue the save operation will be executed again, So how can i avoid Resubmission Form.

After Submission Of form
Redirect it To same Page
