How to find the telerik radgrid control in javascript

Actually in my radgrid i am having edit panel. now what i want is i should separate that edit panel into two panels.when i complete entering first panel and i clicked save button i should display second panel with some text boxes. here what i want is when i click on save on the first panel i should find the control of the first panel and i should display second panel through java script...

so now i have to achieve two things first onclick on the save button i should find the control of first panel and should visible false and i should find the control of the second panel i should visible true.
