how to set coordinates in x,y,z axis for alphabates in C#

i want robot to hold marker and write alpha-bates using the marker. But the problem is, robot gets start writing the alpha bates but it does not know where it has to stop.
For example in writing capital letter A, it does not stop on a particular length of A so i want to bound the limits, so that robot will not move extra and will make the alphabate according to the coordinates that we provided it.

kindly provide me hint to do this or coding on c# with matlab.

Why not remember the x, y that you start the left leg of the A on, on decent on right leg use the y-value of the start position to stop at?
