How to detect that any user logged in into server/system using vb.net

hi In our Software Development
workstation.
there is One Server
and programmers having there own system.
The process to Upload Our system is that
after building program.we have to Take the Server in REMOTE
and there in the server we have to execute the program which uploads the program.
Sometime this happens that while I have taken the server in Remote and just in between the process of uploading my program at the same time another programmer takes the Server in REMOTE and I disconnected.

I want to ask that Can this be possible to create a Interface
In which I will entering the IP address of the Server and can see Anyone logged into the Server ,through Remote or not.I want to create the Interface using VB.NET.

Pls Help any Idea.

Well what would you expect from a "I have written some code and have a problem with it" website? You have not written any code nor have you asked any kind of question much less described a problem.

So what? The problem seems to be that whoever tries to get in when someone else is logged in is answering the question that says "someone else is already logged in, do you want to log this person out?" and saying YES to it.

This can be solved by limiting the number of remote connections to 1 or completely changing the deployment process so it does not rely on anyone being Remote Desktop'd into the server. Allowing dev's Remote Desktop access into a production server is a really bad idea by the way.
