Stuck on: "The Request is Not Supported" trying to use MultiSite.dll - PlzHyelp! ??

Hello All,
Thank you very much for the DLL, this will lift a MASSIVE burden for me once working.. I seem to be VERY close to having my multiple sites working on XP, however I'm now getting 'The request is not supported.' (501/505)? I've been trying everything I can think of without success. Any help is greatly appreciated?
