android login form, validation through wcf

I am developing one login activity in android
for this i am using MSsqlserver.

for this i want to create one webservice or wcf service, from this service i want to authenticate
user from DB.

I dont have good knowledge in webservices, and Its very urgent for me.
please help me for this project
