How to access search bar in a google map embedded on a web page?

I have embedded a google map (using the wizard) on my web page http://sraajnishanth.awardspace.us

Now when the page loads, i want some custom text to appear in the search bar below the map. I also want to change some properties of the search button. How do i access these elements? Where are they in code?
