The best solution is to use the api of the email provider.

I tried using the api but that is only for particular Email Provider. But I have to make app, which fetch emails from any email ID.

Then you'll have to use all apis. There is no magic code that can get emails from any provider. If they support POP then start with that.

"Provide the best solution" not how things work here. You should try doing this yourself, we do not write code to order here.

I ran accross something that will might give you the best solution. Like other dev say, "best solution" might not work like a push a button. Link to article: Push Inbox Mail
