The best solution is to use the api of the email provider.

I tried using the api but that is only for particular Email Provider. But I have to make app, which fetch emails from any email ID.

Then you'll have to use all apis. There is no magic code that can get emails from any provider. If they support POP then start with that.

It all depends on what is that inbox. The request for "best solution" simply makes no sense.
