FaceBook SDK logged in user access_token

I need to get the Logged in user access token to check if he liked a page before doing other action, I am not able to get the access token at run time cab anyone help?

goto facebook create your website page, then goto facebook developer page, u'll get one iframe for your facebook page which u have to put in your website; and u can get what u want.
