Quartz Scheduler problem

I am trying to add reference of Quartz.DLL, it adds the reference of QuartzTypeLib.
I am using VS 2010 and Windows XP.
So it doesn't contains any of the Quartz classes and Interfaces.
If I import Quartz, then it gives error you are missing some reference.

I have already wasted my lot of time for this.
Please let me know the problem causing this..

I was adding wrong Dll file, I downloaded new dll and problem is solved.
