fail to download source code file even after sign in

when open download files,winrar report it is corrupt file.
Open with UltraEdit,find it is a html text file.

Download from where? If it's from an article on CodeProject then you need to report it at http://www.codeproject.com/Forums/1645/Site-Bugs-Suggestions.aspx.
