Pdf not updating in gridview

I am trying to update pdf in gridview but it doesnt make any sense that means message is coming pdf updated successfully but when i tried to click on that pdf then pdf of not opened

I have gridview and from that gridview am updating the pdf from fileupload control but when click on the update button pdf size is showing zero.
