Dear All,

We have developed one web application and there is one form having active-x scripts in it.

We are planning to replace it(active x) with other web-technology(client side , browser based). i.e java applet, adobe flash etc.. We prefer latest technology implementation.

Purpose of replacement is .. to provide better user experience, secure access , make browser independent access.

So please share your valuable inputs regarding this. i.e which technology should be used ? and why? Please share pros cons if possible.

You culd also go with Falsh - but that would need a Browser Plugin and is to my experience always a bit "unusual" in user experience. So if you want something serious, stick to simple technique. If it should look "unique" - then use flash (flex)
