print url and sub url

I have a probleb with printing of url and their suburl from the table in mysql
I have a table in my mysql database that have 3 fields the fields are cat_id,cat_name,cat_parent
that cat_parent is the parent of field at the same table and if that value is zero it's meant that it have not parent and i want to print the feilds and then their child under their parent (the child can have a child too)
how I can do this tnx
