Applications of AI - problem with installing the program

Hi!

When I tried to install program Applications of AI (Genetic and Ant Colony Optimization Algorithms)
it says that it cannot execute the program when I try to extracted it from Win.rar.

The files are:
- Demo project file and
- Download source file

Files are downloaded from the link above;

Genetic and Ant Colony Optimization Algorithms[^]

Please, can you help me with this instaling problems?
