How to get or set startup items in win8 with C#

I did a Startup Mannager by editing the key and value for the Registry. However, I have a little trouble with Win8.
In win7, System Configuration manage startup, the startup items enabled and disabled in different key.
In win8, Task Manager manage startup, all items in the same key, whether disabled or enabled. So how to known a item is enabled or disable, and how to enable/ disable the item.
