How to stop uninstall previously installed feature which are not selected for upgrade - FeatureTransferData()

I am using Installshield to upgrade my software. My project having many Features during upgrade i need to copy only few binaries, so i disabled some features. When i try to upgrade my software which removes some of the features that are previously installed.

How can i stop uninstall previously installed feature which are not selected for upgrade?
