custom built application on Server 2008 r2

I've designed network based application which is used to transfer files. I've installed it on my windows server 2008 r2. But i'm unable to use it. Ping works fine with the server.

Solution 1

You should know more about your own software since you built it, and you should not expect any one else to help you since they don't know what you have done.

Having said that check the firewall settings on your server, and configure ports that you need.
