to display html file in sub report of crystal reports

Hi,
I created subreport in page footer section of my crystal report and has also created file Footer.html.I have also created footer.rpt crystal report but while creating subreport the file footer.rpt is not getting reflected in "choose crystal report combo".Also i need steps to display footer.html into footer.rpt.Any help would be appreciated.
