Solution 1

There is nothing dynamic about CSS. You need to generate your CSS based on your dynamic settings. Unless by dynamic you just mean having a number of set themes. Then you can name the CSS for each theme, and use names to set the CSS classes of your objects accordingly.

I have 3 themes, so that means I should create .css file foreach theme that I have?
