FTP with httpdocs to upload website

Hi,
  I'm new to filezilla and website hosting.  I am using filezilla to upload files and I've Parallel plesk control panel details. I need to get one html file from the website. I just added file inside httpdocs folder. But website is not loading properly. Can anybody plz help me on this?

It totally depends on some detail of configuration of hosting system. Sometimes it is not set up properly or something happens after next restructuring of hosting configuration or due to some mistakes. Also, DNS should be set up correctly. Besides, how can we be sure that your site itself is correct?

Anyway, all these problems are resolved with your hosting provider, nowhere else. They should have customer service. (And if they don't have well-working customer service, you should better switch do another service; even if you did not experience any problems now, you can face them in future. Hosting provider's support should be very responsive.)
