Database Publishing Wizard not working

Hi..

I am trying to publish my database to a file(.sql) using publish to provider in visual studio 2008. Its not working.

I am encountering with some error when I try to perform that operation . i.e., "Microsoft SQL Server Database Publishing Wizard has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Is there any solution for this?? Help.

32-bit or 64-bit SQL2008? Visual Studio IS 32-bit, leverages MSSQL tools that are 32-bit from within it's interface, and has memory issues because of this limitation.
