How to add a computer to SQL Server that was newly added to the domain?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to add a new user to the SQL server logins but I get the error "An Object Name (User, Group, or Built-in security principal) with the following name could not be found..."
The user cannot connect to the database because this. This is not a local database and it's connected through TCP\IP protocol with a fixed port number. All the existing users in the domain are automatically displayed on the logins list and I can't add the new user. Please help!!
