Devexpress Controls Issue when I use open them in two tab

I have a usercontrol having (devexpress grid) says Entity.ascx(AFE and Area see images 1 and 2 )at the default.aspx, a menu in default aspx page see the below image name start, i click on two link on the menu as shown in start image,it opened two tabs like 1 & 2 images

the issue is that when i click on header to sort them one by one. First one sorted like the 3rd image, when i click on the header of the second grid it changes its layout  like in the 4th image.

See the 3 and 4 images to differentiate the layout ,3rd image has filter & checkboxes ,but 4th image has no filter neither checkboxes

Let me know if you guys are not understanding what i want to show/say?
