which framework or cloud service should i choose?

hello I am developing a inventory management application. It is very light weight application. and i am choosing .net as framework and SQLserver as database.

Initially i wont get many customers because i don't have very big marketing budget.I am just confused whether it is right to choose .net and SQLserver or not? and which cloud service should i choose? if there is free plan initially then it would be good.

I am thing about using AWS. because it has free plan. What do you suggest?
