i am running MicroStrategy web

and when i try to open it, it display the this message "Oops! This link appears to be broken"

i did following tricks

1: clear my browsing history
2: reset the iis services

but no gain

please help me how can i solve this issue?

Note:

Some days ago i got this issue.i reinstall my Micro Strategy

but my all reports data lost

so now i cant afford that...

guaid me in good way...

I'm not sure which one of these companies[^] you are talking about, but I suggest you contact them directly.

The first thing to do is contact MicroStrategy, not us.

Did you pay your bill? Only you and they will know, but it may have expired and you not realize.
If you did, and your service has disappeared, then they should be able to restore it. If not, then I am sure they will take your money quite happily and restore your service then.
