asp.net gridview width adjusment

hi all,

in my web application i have gridview inside div tag,my gridview contains 12 coloum, but my problem is the grid view exceeding from the div tag..how i can fix this,i want my gridview inside the div tag, and vertical and horizontal scroll bar

hey dear u have to remove the width and hight of div......then accodring to gridview width and height of div is auto adjust at run time
