Calendar for Powerpoint

I am creating a Calendar addin for Powerpoint but I am not able to set the logic to create the calendars for various months.
I mean the formatting is done but the logic as in how the dates will be placed for all the months starting from which day of the week and also how to adjust the when some months have 30 days while others have 31.
Can someone help me with this its really urgent.
