Using Foreach in ItemStyle.xsl

I'm trying to make a XSL template for detail of the sharepoint list item,
And some related item with this,

It's ok for detail of list item,

Anybody who can help me to display related item with current item,
I'm trying

<xsl:for-each select="rows\row">
<a><xsl:value-of select="@Title" /></a>
</xsl:for-each>

in ItemStyle.xsl for get all item in list, but it's failed
