Data insert with dropdown menu & grid view

Dear Expert,

I have database in which i have a table which has following;

Telphone No.
Name of Customer
Address
Recovery Jan,
Recovery Feb,
Recovery Mar, and so on....

actually we retrieve the record from telephone numbers each number has different customer name and other details, now I have to insert recovery in each month with grid view but due to have several columns and we have to insert recovery only once in a month for each number if receive.

Could please let me know the best way to resolve it with drop down as i am new and facing trouble to do it.
