How to set access rights in ASP.NET

Hi Friends,,,

I have created a website which includes 6 to 8 different modules(pages). I want to set the access rights to the particular where they are limited to particular modules(pages). For the Admin user he can see the modules including user Rights Management module. But the normal user or the employee can see only those which have assigned by the Admin.
Can anybody briefly explain User Rights Management architecture. ..

It will be very helpful for everyone.
