I'm craeting an ASP.net project using ICU4net fom examplehttps://code.google.com/p/icu4net/[^]
My OS is Win7 32 bit with IIS7 but when i include the ICU4NET.dll and other .dll(s) as explaines from the example.
when I run the project, it occurs this error as show below.

I don't know that why asp.net project cannot know or find these module. and i don't know ways to fix.
If any body was experienced this problem, please suggest will be thankfull.
