I am new in VC++ environment and i have a task to complete that to develop an application for sending SMS from pc to any mobile phone using serial port. so if anyone have this application then please reply......soon

You cannot send SMS through the serial port, you need an SMS service provider. Google will find you many articles on how to do it.
