How Set Timeout in MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP for 40 seconds

Hi,
I am trying to set timeout as 40 seconds for MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.
It is not working.

objXmlHttp.setTimeouts(40000, 40000, 40000, 40000)

Can anyone help in this issue.
