Telerik ASP.net and Telerik Tools

Hi Everyone
I hope you could help me with my problem I'm creating an ASP.net web application with the use of Telerik ajax tools everything was going OK I used RadGirds instead of the .net Girdview, but when I start using other tools such as RadCalender and RadAsyncUploader they didn't work correctly in other word they weren't responsive and even worst the uploader control was invisible in my browser but the RadGid continue to work fine, interesting enough I created another project and used the same mentioned tools and they work just fine!!
Please help you probably noticed I'm new to this, I tried to solve this on my own or ask around but no use.

I was always wondering: what, does telerik.com support their customers? Do they have forums to ask a question? :-)
