Windows 7 XP Mode and defragging

I'm getting ready to run the Windows Virtual PC compactor tool on my Windows XP Mode install, and the defrag tool is leaving a chunk of pages at the end of the drive. I want to move these nearer the front so that the compactor can actually, you know, compact the drive. Does anyone know of a tool that can do this? Or if I'm missing something in Windows 7 that already does this?
