PayPal IPN stopped working after 28th March, 13

Hi All,

We have a site in which PayPal IPN is implemented. Everything was working fine till 28th march 2013. But, now it stopped working. We have not modified anything in our code. It was working from more than a year. But, now it not working. I don't know if PayPal has changed something regarding IPN at there end or anything else. Can anyone please help, if knows what to do?

Did you try asking them?

Yes. We have contacted PayPal. They told that our IPN listener is not responding to PayPal calls. But, it was working before and we haven't changed even a bit of listener code.
