Hi,

I am using sql database which contains 100 tables and around 50 sp .I get responsibility for create documentation of this database ,but i haven't any idea how to create it.Please help me about how i can create database documentation.

Big job!
There a bunch of tools which can make it easier. There is a list of some of them here: http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/1250/sql-server-documentation-tools/[^] - it might be worth having a look at them first before diving in to a manual task.

Just use any third party documentation tool such as ApexSQL Doc or SQL Doc or any other from the list @OriginalGriff posted.

Even if you don't have budget for third party tools you can use them in trial mode to get the job done.

If you have 150+ database objects to document you'll spend a ton of time and you still won't do it as good as these tools do it ;).
