What is the implement way or any guideline to provide secured seal by Certification Authorities?

My company name Dohatec New Media in Bangladesh. This company provide SSL certificate. Now we add secured seal feature. Please give some suggestion. Thank you.

You also have bought your certificate signing certificate from somebody. That somebody needs to be authorized to give/sell you a new cert that contains this OID. You can issue sealed certificates only if you have a proper certificate yourself.
