How to email a filled html form along with html(just like a screenshot of filled form) through php

I am currently working on a event management site project, and i want that as soon as clients fill the form and submit them, a copy of form along with the html(like a screenshot of filled form) is to be mailed to the client and managers......

How can we achieve this thing using php scripting?
